The Story behind LeadHer.

LeadHer was created from a single belief:
meaningful connection shouldn’t come at a cost.

As women building our careers in industries where female representation is still evolving, we experienced how powerful the right support system can  be - through
shared perspectives, honest conversations, and access to inspiring voices.

Yet many spaces offering this kind of support remain limited by structural barriers. We believed there should be another way.

So we created one.

    FOUNDER

    Saskia, Founder of LeadHer and Co-founder of Irbis Capital, is driven by curiosity, continuous learning, and a passion for creating meaningful, cross-border impact. She specializes in M&A, deal origination, and value creation in logistics and supply chain, with a strong focus on uncovering hidden opportunities and turning ideas into action.

    A firm believer that people come first, Saskia builds lasting partnerships grounded in trust. Through LeadHer, she champions the power of women supporting women—fostering connection, sharing knowledge across generations, and creating space for the next generation of leaders.

  • Isabel Graniceanu

    CO - FOUNDER

    Isabel is driven by challenges, team spirit and the courage to step beyond familiar ground. She believes that real growth begins where comfort ends – personally, professionally and across borders.

    With a background in the maritime industry, she operates at the intersection of strategy, market dynamics and business development. She brings an open-minded, analytical mindset and a deep understanding of cross-cultural environments. She is particularly fascinated by how companies navigate increasingly dynamic and uncertain economic conditions and how they adapt, evolve and continuously optimize their businesses to stay competitive.

    Her work revolves around market development, pricing, and cross-functional initiatives, where she connects data, strategy, and real business impact. She thrives in fast-changing environments and is known for taking ownership and driving topics forward with clarity and persistence.
